Let’s get started

Let’s be nice and break the ice.  By asking fun and interesting questions of our classmates, we can learn about others and expand our circle of friends.  Who knows, you might have someone sitting next to you in class who likes the same foods you like or enjoys the same hobbies and you don’t know it!

It’s always good to have more friends.

NiceBreaker was created in 2018 as a part of my Girl Scout Gold Award Project.  The Gold Award represents the highest achievement in Girl Scouting, recognizing girls who demonstrate extraordinary leadership through remarkable Take Action projects that have a sustainable impact in their communities and beyond.

NiceBreaker was designed to address the need to expand and enhance friendships among girls in a group setting, with the expectation that “breaking the ice” will encourage girls to erase barriers and reach out to new friends.  I hope to meet the varied and demanding requirements of this award in my senior year in high school.

Join me in the journey.
